Just been out this morning. Did my first week 2 run. A bit knackered but pleased I did it. Note to self....just do it and don't pick up my book first thing!πŸ“š πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Well done for completing Wk 1 Run 1!! I found myself feeling a bit tired after those runs. That improved with consistency.

Have you thought about listening to audiobooks whilst you run to multitask and avoid being tempted?

Hopefully you have checked out the advice given to your previous posts... and of course , taken a look at the How to Run C25K post too.

If you are feeling that it is a bit of a struggle, then do slow down. There is always slower than you think!

The more your run it all evolves. Do pop in some other exercise on some of your rest days too...loads of ideas on the S and F Forum:)
