Just completed week 2 run 1! So proud of myself and also surprised as I found it so much easier than week 1. I think because there were less runs even though the thruns themselves were longer :)

Congratulations to you Toastercake on completing run 1 of week 2 and finding it easier than the 3 runs of week 1, take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, if you wish report back here on your progress, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 2, good luck ✔️🏃🏾

Week 1 is a real bogey (even for people re-doing the programme) - but there's no way round it and whether consciously or not you've clearly learned from doing it and are adjusting to a sustainable place. Bravo!
