Been out this morning. Week 3 for me but still doing week one runs. Struggled this morning but it's a warm one today. I may do week one runs next week before doing week 2 runs. I want to do week 2 runs but would rather take it slowly 🐌

Your runs...your way...but..if you've completed each run....don't spend too much time repeating weeks . You can tire yourself too much.Unless week 1 was a real struggle and you couldn't complete...then move on to Week 2.
As slow and steady as you like, relax and simply enjoy x

I agree with some of the other posters, give Week 2 a chance. If you find it difficult, then repeat a few Week 1 runs. If not, you'll get a great boost in confidence from moving to the next week.
In those early weeks, I kept looking at what was coming and thought, this is impossible, but each week, I met the challenge.

Well done so far, I would treat wk 2 as wk 1, try it and keep trying it till you do it then move on to wk 3, if you are struggling then just slow down a bit or even create a wk 1.5 by splitting the times.

ye I agree sometimes seems really hard thing is it’s just about you and your own goals it’s not a race so if you struggle just do it again until you can be more confident. It’s just you against yourself keep going and end of august you’ll look back with great pride at what you have achieved I did when graduated in November just keep going that’s the thing
