Too long a break???

I ran w8r3 last Tuesday but what with one thing and another haven’t been able to do my next run yet. It will probably be Monday (6 days later) when I can run w9r1 which is the first 30 minute run 😳

Do you think my stamina will be up to it?

Definitely just ease in to it slowly, warm up thoroughly 👍

Did it this morning, yay 😀

It felt fine and I managed to cover 4.8km which is more then I thought I would manage.

2 more runs then it’s the end of the program......I shall miss Jo Whiley 😕

As it states in the guide to the plan, you lose next to no condition in the first two weeks of non running.

Pick up where you left off.

You’ll be fine! Did my W8R3 on Monday and have just completed W9R1 today. Felt better for having a longer break. Went very slow for the first 10 mins, a little faster for the middle 10 and then very, very slow for the last 10 mins. Good luck!
