Definitely just ease in to it slowly, warm up thoroughly 👍

It felt fine and I managed to cover 4.8km which is more then I thought I would manage.
2 more runs then it’s the end of the program......I shall miss Jo Whiley 😕

As it states in the guide to the plan, you lose next to no condition in the first two weeks of non running.

You’ll be fine! Did my W8R3 on Monday and have just completed W9R1 today. Felt better for having a longer break. Went very slow for the first 10 mins, a little faster for the middle 10 and then very, very slow for the last 10 mins. Good luck!
Yes. You are up to it. It would have had some benefits too. It's all mental and you'll do it! Steady away and grow into the run. You've got this.
