Week 7 - Done and Dusted

Hello all! Can't believe that I am actually running 25 minutes at a clip. It's slow, but that's ok. The Toxic Ten can be tough to get through, sometimes. And I've learned this week that every run is different.

First run was great and confirmed that I could repeat what I did last week. Second run was tougher for some reason and not as enjoyable. Third run was great! Just the sense of accomplishment.

Very lucky not to have any issues thus far in and amazed how well the programme works.

I always keep at least one day in between runs and stretch for 6 - 8 min before and after each run.

Looking forward to next week's challenge.

Following the plan properly and finding it really helpful!

Well done you!

Do make sure now that you are popping in some sort of core strength and stamina work, on some of those essential rest days.

Loads of ideas on the Strength and Flex forum to support that running body! Including a focus on Core right now!

🍏👏You are doing really well! Yes it pays to run very slowly through the first 10 mins until your body adjusts then you can relax and enjoy the rest of the run 🏃‍♂️ finishing strong.
