Wishing all our Couch to 5K runners and graduates a very Happy Easter. It’s a beautiful spring morning here. Hopefully where you are too.
You may have had an early sunrise run or still to do one, perhaps a time with family today or an Easter service … However you choose to celebrate keep running, keep smiling. ☺️

A very happy Easter to you Annieapple, I went a 10K walk on Friday, ran 3K on Saturday, this Easter Sunday I have decided to go a 4K walk and on Easter Monday another 10K walk, the weather where I am in Central Scotland is also very sunny, I will start my 4K walk just after 9 this morning,
🍏🤗🐣 How wonderful AlMorr to be able to do all that walking in such beautiful weather and in Bonny Scotland!! 🏴 Well done on fitting in a run too. You are super fit and making the most of life!!
This Monday morning Annie I walked another 10K, however, I was in the mood for a little running as well, I didn't have my running shoes with me so I decided to walk/run some of that 10K, I wore normal trainers, the first 5K I alternated with 1 minute of running and 2 minutes of walking, the second half alternated for kilometer 6 and 7 with a 1 minute run and a 3 minute walk, between K8 and K9 back to 1 minute run and 2 minutes of walking, for the last kilometer I alternated between 1 minute run and 1 minute of walking, so at 10K my final time according to the Mapmywalk app was one hour, thirty two minutes and thirty one seconds, pace:09:15m/km, calories :-564 with 13,936 steps,
No running for me today Annie, a short walk to the shops then a shower/bath and a big washing, the weather this morning is dull with light rain after a nice dry Easter weekend.
