having completed couch2 5k a couple of times in the past I’ve always found an excuse not to run and end up back at square 1. But hopefully not this time . Just done the speed run on the beyond couch2 5k thought it would be easy only 16 mins of running I was totally wrong it’s hard but loved it when I was done. Good luck everyone doing the programme

Congratulations on completing Couch to 5K (again), Mightymags ! You're already doing one thing that helped me keep running: Move on to the next program / goal! You might also want to join us over at Brigde to 10K ( healthunlocked.com/bridgeto10k ). Even though I seem to gotten stuck on the bridge (thanks, Covid!), I still find it inspiring to read posts over there. And it keeps me going despite illness and injury... Plus, you get ideas about how other people stick with running!

If you download the Free Nike Run Club App there are many wonderful guided runs to keep you going after Couch. Have a little look for some inspiration. Do keep posting here or on Bridge to help keep accountability to yourself.
