after the graduation run - which for some reason was easy, I tried the couch 25k stepping stone run - but i really struggled (and found the app quite glitchy) - I didn’t complete the run (chalk it up as practice)

after the great advice on here I tried the Nike running club app and it was great - a little 25min run

I’m still far off the 5k mark so I’m going to see if I can find some speed in these old legs 🦵

to all those grads out there looking to keep on keeping on I salute you!

🍏🤩💥Congratulations on both your graduation and for finding consolidation runs that suit you. I am personally a big fan of NRC & once you have picked a few fun runs you can move on to the 5K training plan when you feel ready. I see you haven’t claimed a badge yet!! Here’s the link!

Well done you... pop across to the S and F Forum for great ideas on improving performance etc and watch out for this next week's Catch Up Corner.. all about strength and stamina.. the elusive twosome:)

The increased pace, distance and yes, sometimes speed, evolve... the more you run.. the more it all evolves ! x
