After about 6 weeks of colds and low moods the comments and posts on here motivated me back into my running shoes.I restarted C25K last night (having already completed the course a couple of times).W1R1 completed followed by short gym session (and walked there and back), amazed how good I feel already.

Anyone else out there struggling with a negative or low mood please just get active even if only for a short while, make that difficult first step , and I am sure you will be amazed too.

Have a great day everyone
