Welcome to the forum and C25K Dorcas3, sorry about your father's death two weeks ago, I hope running eases your loss. On to week 1 of the 9 weeks of C25K, take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck for your running journey with C25K, you can if you wish report back here on your progress β π
Sorry for your loss. Many runners here have talked about how running has helped them in their grieving after losing a loved one. My best friend died earlier this year and getting out for a run really helped. The structure of c25k could be a really positive thing. Youβll have lots and lots of little wins to celebrate and a massive achievement at the end.
