Hello everyone I am Chantal and so glad to be here to start with scratch.

I was stuck on week 3 run 3 since January 10, 2022.

Following my father's death 2 weeks ago, I decided to start again from the beginning and suscribe to HeathUnlocked this time too.

I wish the best to everyone.

See yaπŸ€—

Welcome to the forum and C25K Dorcas3, sorry about your father's death two weeks ago, I hope running eases your loss. On to week 1 of the 9 weeks of C25K, take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck for your running journey with C25K, you can if you wish report back here on your progress βœ… πŸ‘

Sorry for your loss. Many runners here have talked about how running has helped them in their grieving after losing a loved one. My best friend died earlier this year and getting out for a run really helped. The structure of c25k could be a really positive thing. You’ll have lots and lots of little wins to celebrate and a massive achievement at the end.

Really good luck to you β€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺ
