Tonight I completed 5.1 Kms in 43 minutes, and ran non-stop for 30 minutes! Two PB's in one night 😀 Only two to go before graduating. Feeling confident.

Thank you. I only ran for 30 minutes, the extra 13 minutes were the warm up and warm down, done at a brisk walk.
