True to my word last week I headed over to S&F and found some lovely exercises for my niggly ankle. I decided against a run at the weekend as it was still slightly twingy, so more exercises instead!
Went for a short run this morning, nearly talked myself out of it for some reason but it felt great. Slow and steady and some absolute cracking bangers came up on the playlist so a great singalong too (sorry neighbours)

All those exercise tips are great aren't they? And they all seem to work, at the least the ones I've tried have. I downloaded Sophie Ellis Bexter's Christmas Kitchen Disco to run to. All the best festive tunes, but I couldn't stop trying to run to the beat (that must be the musician in me) so probably not a good choice to run to in the end.
