The picture is the summary of my year so far. Sadly it doesn’t include distance.
I’ve come from really struggling in March with week 1 to running 4k regularly and 5ks recently.
Early months (pre week 9, late May) each outing was 1 exercise all recorded as an outdoor walk due to the stops and starts. From week 9 on, each outing has been 3 exercises - warm up, run, cool down - so that I can track my running pace afterwards.
Well over 20 years before this, no exercise at all, just steadily piling on the pounds and probably heading towards a heart attack.
Great programme, love running. Enjoy your next one x

I've got a bog standard fitbit and although it'll draw a pretty map it doesn't do anything as fancy as that 🤔 think I'm due an upgrade as it is falling to bits
I found another view on the data. For runs only my average pace in May was 10 mins 4 per km. June it was 8 min 57. Average distance gone up from 3.58k to 3.99k. Dead pleased.
That’s brilliant Jay. But more importantly, I never knew you could do that summary with the Apple Watch/phone! Just looked at mine now haha Thank you! 👍
