Soooo, that's Week 1 done, because I've done it before I have the faith in the system, I know it works but all that knowledge doesn't make the huffing, puffing and aches of the early weeks any more pleasant!!!.But done is done, feet up now for a relaxing evening, 4 day work week coming up then a nice 6 day break for Christmas.

Finally got the deccies up today, about the last on our estate !!!

Have a lovely evening everyone.

Run happy, run safe.

Congratulations! I used to have a little celebration at the end of every week…it’s well earned!

It’s totally ok to slow down if you’re huffing and puffing. You might find it just passes naturally as you get back into it. There’s no pressure to keep to a particular pace-it’s all about time on your feet and it doesn’t matter how far you cover. Once I got my head around that, I found it much easier to make peace with running at a more comfortable pace.

Enjoy week 2!

You know it works … and you also know that steady and slow wins this race!😉🐌
