Since I won't have time to run on Monday, I ran a day early today.
I have learned that running on a full stomach is not a good idea.
It rained quite a lot, but in the end it didn't matter at all.
Only the audiobook came out empty this time.
After Saturday's conference
(pictured is James Clear, author of the great book Atomic Habits,
which is BTW a wonderful inspiration (not just) for running :-).
My mind kept going back to different impressions.
So it was actually great, I could sort out my thoughts.
I completed the first maintenance run of week 21.
