2023: W20R1 - maintenance week, maintenance runs

I have a demanding week ahead of me, maybe two, and it is not yet clear if I will be able to run three times a week.

That's why I chose the economy mode: No length extension or speed increase. A minimalist approach with one goal: Maintain three regular runs this week (and hopefully next week).

We'll see if it works out. First run this week.

Only to the chapel and back again :)
