Ran (Jogged) my Wk9 Run 3 today - Pleased to have graduated

Really pleased to have today completed the 9 week programme 3 runs per week with no repeats. I really found coach Steve Cramm to be very motivational. Must say that I only started using the HealthUnlocked forum for the last four weeks and was very interested to see other people's journey's, struggles and achievements which helped me to stay focused on my goal. You're all a great bunch. I turned 72 last week and it was great to have a decent challenge to overcome.
