Stair stretches and a waggy tail

The excitement began to build as soon as I put the gear on but she wasn’t sure whether it was worth getting off the cosy space on the bed… it took several revolutions to get it just right don’t you know 😉But with the running shoes and THAT bag out ( the one with the waist harness ) she actually couldn’t contain herself as I did some stair stretches!

It has absolutely pelted down in the night but it was a beautiful morning apart from some stray leftover clouds lurking ominously. We opted for a shorter pacier run this morning but I can feel that those speeds are feeling more comfortable now whereas before I would have been breathing hard. So I can still sing!! It’s a game I like to play with the local residents … name that tune from an unrecognisable snippet warbled by a mad woman running with a dog!

Have a good day everyone and I hope the weather stays kind if you’re getting out there today

Aw thanks I’m just doing what others did for me on my journey - I remember it being a huge part of my successful graduation and a real motivator
