I did run 3 today... While listening to a podcast where Dr Rangan Chatterjee was interviewing a Dr Peter Attia who researches longevity and keeping good health into old age... And part way through Rangan blithely said for people in their 30s a 30minute 5k is... Hmm, I forget the word now but like no big deal, to be expected... And I thought all right for you with your height and long legs!!! 😁 😁 😁 Anyway we don't compare.... And running at any speed is better than none 😁

"Running at any speed is better than none!" Yes! Exactly! I've been using a variation of that as my mantra... Plus, even research seems to indicate that slower running is more beneficial than (always) speeding...
