last week I did run Kent 5k I was meant to have done the 10k but due to my ongoing injury problem did the 5k instead!

Since the dark nights have descended I have been struggling with my fear of falling and causing more damage to my shoulder!

I broke my shoulder in January and it has been classified as Non union! I now have to daily 20mins of ultrasound treatment to help the bones fuse properly! ( I can’t cheat either as the hospital has a memory card in the device to record every time I use it)!

So Sunday 5k! Monday 5k fitness Walk Tuesday 3k walk run with the beginners group! Wednesday rest day Thursday 4.5k run /walk with the beginners their 1st run out of the cone zone Friday gym induction i thought this would help with keeping the running going over the winter plus doing some strength work and finding out what equipment I can use as well as doing Physiotheaphy exercises!

Last week was nuts and even my Garmin was telling me off for overreaching! This week will be different! Gym Sunday fitnesses walking Monday w5 run1 with the beginners and then gym Wednesday Thursday w5 run 2 with the beginners Friday and Saturday rest day before heading to Tenerife on Sunday morning! Hotel has a gym so no slacking while I am away 😂

It certainly will be! We are going back to our favourite hotel which has two pools one is heated! So swimming will be on the cards and it’s still very hot out there! I am looking forward to having a chilled week away!
