Aaaargh I do love this time of year but this is my first running Christmas and I am finding it so hard to get in runs or indeed any exercise in amongst the seasonal faffing.
Haven't done anything at all for the last 3 days since my last 5k run, had hoped that it would happen today but once again to much to do. Thankfully it's only once a year!!!. Will at least manage to get on the bike later and am determined to get a solid 5k tomorrow.
Good luck to all you Christmas runners out there and try to fit in those runs!!! π ππ
