so i took a week or so off because i was feeling very fatigued was a medical reason for it i wont go into but feel very much refreshed now which is good. So i re-evaluated how i want to go about this c25k i started off on the treadmill but felt i was working harder keeping to the slow set pace of it plus ive read that ppl find it a bit difficult to begin running outside after being on treadmill so ive decided im taking it to the streets n i have restarted the program from scratch just aswell i did i dont think i wouldve completed w2r3 it very much felt like i was starting from scratch again the rd is a bit harder on the legs and just felt generally a lil bit harder but the pro of it was i felt a nice comfortable natural pace by run 5 and the last 3 runs were very smooth and tbh i actually felt like this is the way to go my pace was very good so im a happy chappy today and running at 6am when the streets are quiet and its nice and cool was very refreshing so more updates to come :)

I am currently using samsung health app to track my running gives average pace distance etc but feel il probably upgrade to a fitbit or something further down the line id like to track my heart beats per minute while running

Fantastic Crow277 …running outside is just the best!! Especially early morning and early evening…sunrise and sunset…perfect…keep on doing what your doing & keep us informed
