🍏Running in the midst of it all

A quick motivational run with coach Bennett in the midst of packing & sorting a myriad of things before we travel to Canada early Wednesday Morning. It was so good to say it can all wait! I need my run! Due to Covid & flu vaccines I missed my midweek run so this was a treat. Mostly sunshine & beautiful early Autumn foliage made it enjoyable plus the reminder from Coach B to smile made it altogether pleasurable. My next post will be from Canada 🇨🇦 where I hope to not only run but catch up with all your posts too! 🍂✈️🏃‍♀️

What a wonderful holiday you have lined up and what a lovey little run to sneak in first . I was Covid and Flu jabbed yesterday , so missing my morning run this morning...but as we have torrential rain and wind... I am not too bothered
