I found it helpful to consider this like 3 small runs, and count me walks so i remember i get 2 walks, once that last walk done its just one more run and then cool down.
happy to complete it, i really didnt think i could. Now to plan a reward,

🍏🙌You did it & you deserve that reward! Onwards & upwards!
Well done peskymousie1 !
As you've found helpful to consider this run as three small runs, you might like to use a similar technique as you progress through the programme.
What I find helpful with any run that I find challenging is to break it down mentally into smaller chunks, each no longer than the previous one. So, for example, you could think of 20 minutes as 8 + 6 + 3 + 2 + 1. The actual breakdown doesn't matter, as long as you stick to the principle.
Happy running!
I have just done this run. Didn't think I would, took it really steady and finished it.
Well done! I am in the exactly same week! I am in Brazil… my daughter lives in Uk an told me about this training! I am loving it!
