Surprise, Surprise ‼️ I can't believe I've managed to complete W6R3 after twisting my ankle two weeks ago. Slow 🐌 jogging but really chaffed I've come this far!
Bring on W7R1! So determined to finish my programme but feel lonely in my running - anyone on this programme in the Dulwich area I can buddy with?
Onwards & upwards everyone 🙌😘

You are making wonderful progress through the program and if you keep posting there are plenty of us here to cheer you on. Keep exercising that ankle in between. Here’s a little link to some strength and flex you may find helpful. Keep enjoying your runs! You have found the secret.. keeping it slow and easy!
