I was debating whether to go or not. My ankle was a bit groany after a long walk yesterday . I had iced it and it didn't feel too hot either so went for it. 8 mins running.....well not quite running but moved for the whole time. Second 8 mins was much easier. Its just that initial breathing to get right. It will happen. Onwards and upwards.

🍏Keep it slow & steady Basil and it will definitely happen. Start very slow, extra slow so you have oomph for the last bit! You will be amazed at the difference it makes..
