Hi All, haven't been here for a long time. I'm starting C25k again. I did it nearly 6 years ago and fell in love with running, did a 10k then the Bath Half, started training for virtual London and got injured and have never been able to find the enthusiasm or self discipline to complete the programme again. I read a saying once that resonated with me it said something like " If the road still calls your name, you're still a runner" and it does so today I'm starting week 2 today and am going to try and get out there before it gets too hot.

Couch to 5k restart..Again!
Welcome back and a huge well done to you... Many of us right now are here, either beginning for the first time, or repeating for whatever reason...me included. I did Week 1, run 1 yesterday... and am determined to get back to the place, I was before I had the time out!
Take it slow and steady, do keep posting too... we can all support each other and keep each other going!
Maybe pop into Catch up Corner too... always good to share our running with folk, while we sit and chat!
Oh I love that - I heard something similar “ the journey is calling and I must go…” C25k is a journey in itself but hopefully it starts a longer one that carries us onward x I certainly got my mojo back from doing it , all the best to you x

Welcome back! I'm also repeating after being out for a few months due to injury. I'm sad to have lost at the fitness I had, it certainly feels like hard work again now, but at least this time around I have the confidence that I am capable of this, which I didn't the first time!
