You’ll do it! I did it! Anyone can do it! At your three run days a week and don’t make excuses not to go. Stick to them. Keep posting on here for support 👍🏽 Slow down and slow down again, especially as the intervals get longer.

Just got back from first run of week three
That first three minute run was a shocker 😂 but on my route it fell into the uphill part!
But I’m glad I did it as I really thought I wouldn’t be able to - roll on Wednesday!

You can definitely do it! I am 63 and I have never, I repeat NEVER done any aerobic exercise in my life. But I managed to complete with a week off for injury and a couple of repeated weeks. Slow but sure... good luck.
