Week 4 felt very daunting to me and I was dubious about being able to do the runs. I've just completed it in 3 runs and feel quite chuffed with myself.
The longer runs are quite challenging for me as I suffer from generalised anxiety and panic attacks. Feeling breathless and having a fast heart rate when exercising can feel similar to the beginnings of a panic attack so it's an extra mental hurdle to overcome. I just paced myself and kept telling myself that each step is a step closer to my goal.

Well done with your runs so far. You should feel really proud of yourself. I was having some similar issues with breathing in the beginning and have found that listening to music is a brilliant distraction, especially my favourites which I sometimes silently sing along to. Good luck 😌
