Hello everyone. I am 61 next month. 18 months ago I had a hip replacement and I never thought I'd be able to run again, I have been walking and open water swimming for a while and I thought I would have ago at the C25K. Well I am nearly at the end of week 3 and it is going so well.

Well done! That's brilliant. Welcome to the forum. I've had 3 hip replacements (wore one out after 20 years other one still going strong at nearly 30 yrs!). You will find lots of encouragement here. We're all at different stages. Just take it steady, don't worry about what anyone else is doing - you are a runner 🏃 I couldn't do it when I was younger but I thank God every day that I can do it now in my dotage!!!
