VRB meet up

Today I had the great pleasure of meeting up with  nowster at my local Parkrun, Coldham's Common. It was also 5KYourWay day, so I was tail walking with our group. Paul was off like a shot, I saw him race past us with his bare feet....he got his bar code scanned then walked out to join us for the second lap and we had a good old chin wag, and continued that over coffee after. I understand he got a PB...

So nice to meet a VRB, we're going to do it again this time next year!!

Lovely to see you both (virtually)! I had trouble getting my head around 'Stay to the right!' to let the speedy ones through at Coldham Common as our local is 'Stay to the left!' 🤣🤣🤣
