Graduated and pleased as punch

Really pleased to have made it to the end of the couch25k programme at my local park run.

I have had arthritis since my teens and also hyper mobile joints and managed to dislocate my knees and an ankle when younger. I had stopped running but found I was getting horribly stiff.

After seeing my GO and a physio, I went back to running and found the couch25k programme has helped reset the mobility dial. The Japanese slow running videos have been helpful as running from toe to heel instead of heel toe makes the joint less painful.

Looking forward to continuing running - it has had a great effect on my confidence and mental well being.
