I'm in Cumbria on my way to Scotland and have just done week 7 run 1. A rare sunny moment here! I thought I was in luck, finding a lovely grassy footpath, but just after I took the photo the path ended in a bed of nettles! Oh well, I had to run along the roadside, but it went well nevertheless!

It certainly does look an inviting route shame it didn’t last long!

I'd never go on holiday nowadays without taking my running kit. 👍

Does look a lovely path, but road running is good too especially when there are trees around

I love Cumbria Joy57. Hubby and I lived there for a while in 2001. Being a northern lass it was like going home. We lived in Brampton. It was beautiful.
Enjoy Scotland 👍😂😂🥰
