Had a great time at Holkham Park run, my 31st PR and 2nd here. Slow (34 mins) but then the 1st km was uphill 😂 oh and I did stop to take a photo!

34 minutes isn't slow unless you run a parkrun in 24 minutes or less on a regular basis, some people dream of getting a sub 35 minutes 5k, my first full 5k was in 34.21 and I didn't think that was 'slow', however, I do dream about getting a sub 30 minute 5k, not sure if that will happen, I agree with you regarding the photo, looks like a really lovely place to run. 🏃 😊

My PB is 32 mins so I guess I was a bit hard on myself. “Hills” are hard 😂 the weather was a lot better than expected although 35 mph winds then hail when we finished wasn’t nice 😉

It's nice to see you back Cornet-Carolyn . That looks like a pretty parkrun.

It’s lovely and well worth a visit. Only 5 miles from caravan site 👌

I might stop to cough up a lung at that speed but not take a photo!! :) And you had hills and wind 'n' stuff! Think I might have reached a 33 mins 5 k in my 'heyday' but now it's more like 37/38. You are a running machiiiiine! :)
