You are doing brilliantly and are so nearly there now!You definitely have this in the bag. The hardest weeks are behind you. Good luck on your runs this coming week and enjoy your successes :)

If you find yourself thinking about what to do next so you don't feel a bit lost when it has done - lots of stuff on the forum about consolidating what you have achieved - like rerunning some of your favourite C25k runs - before maybe moving on to Ju Ju's magic plan - Also, there's the wonderful Nike Run Club app which has guided runs / timed podcasts to listen to that help you along to reach other goals.

All the best!

Yes !! Just downloaded the Nike Run Club app and there is different runs available even 1k and 2k and a 5k which asks you questions as you run I’m looking forward to using this after I graduate 👨‍🎓

That's great, I'm glad I mentioned it! Lots of runners on here did the C25k and then went on to the NRC app. Coach Bennett seems popular, and the Headspace runs are really great too. Lots of happy running ahead :) Good luck next week!
