Not without difficulty, but I managed to do it! π A big π to everyone in C25K, what a fantastic feeling to have completed one more weekππΌππΌππΌI really struggled with my second run this week. I started my slow jog as usual but had to slow down even more after just a few seconds... I was having trouble with the breathing and kind of panicked a bit as I told myself the spell is broken, this is not going to happen today...
My lovely neighbours were out and about and they kept me going with their "hello love" and their "how many laps today" and their "after you", and of course Denise Lewis reminding me just put one foot after the other. My youngest also came out and run a couple of laps with me... and I was thinking "anything but stopping" ... So I kept going really slow and eventually settled into rhythm that allowed me to finished the 28 minutes.
My third run has been a bit better, definetly better pace and energy ππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈ although I feel this week has definitely been a stretch goal for me.
