Good start to week 9, paced a little slower today as the last couple of days Stu the stump has not been great, had trouble getting socket comfortable, managed to get the 30 minutes in , the first time in years, saw these little bundles of fluffiness, so sweet. Roll on Tuesday 😁

Well done Pete!

Running along a river and seeing the wildlife is lovely!

Trouble is I want to stop and take it all in but that would screw up my run/jog, but I do take great pleasure in the wildlife I see, I'm noticing the plant life more than I ever used to, maybe it's an age thing, I now want to enjoy the flora and forna not just crush it under foot as I thunder by.

Week 9 wow! This is seriously impressive, especially with Stu playing up! Does the hot weather affect it, or is it just one of those things? Btw I'm reading this while I try to convince myself to go for a walk - I've been injured then ill for weeks, and now it's time I got off my backside. Here goes...

Great to hear from you, good luck with the walk, hope you have shaken off the illness, take it steady. Stu's main problem is that leg is really only designed for walking so very little shock absorption, also his volume changes throughout the day, it changes less now than it did, hopefully mid July, will have a new leg that's designed for a more active lifestyle, it's a design that stems from the sports blades used by athletes like Oscar Pistorias, so should help quite a bit.

My walk turned into c25k week 1 run 1! Feeling very chuffed 😊 (took it veeerrry slow)

Any chance of you getting a racing model with go-faster stripes?

Hopefully when I get it, won't need the racing stripes, I will just be a blur and nobody would see them anyway 🤣😂
