Yes 🌟 I completed my W9R3 this morning in the rain , it was fantastic feeling . I actually ran 5.5 K because I wanted to make sure I actually made it to 5K. My time was longer (41 minutes) I suppose it’s cause I’m 69 young. 🐾

Thank you for your support . I now look forward to a 5K Parkrun , will continue to run three times a week for stability and to ward off Covid19 with larger lung capacity !
