Tried to run 3 times but between dog walking, helping with homework and work itself, plus all the other day to day stuff itself time got away from me. Plus hayfever has been very bad this week but we had a storm tonight so hopefully breathing will be easier tomorrow.
Both runs I did do were ok but I was really hoping to fit 3 in, but such is life.
This week I plan to push on to 5k in anticipation of starting the 10k plan on the bridge to 10k forum. I've done 5 consolidation runs, so I feel ready to push on a bit

I’ve alternated between running 2 times or 3 times per week. I also often ‘stretched’ my plans, e.g. I ran all 2-weeks worth of runs in 3 weeks. That way I could be flexible juggling family, work, rowing and running!
