Week 6 run 1 done and dusted. However, I found it really challenging and tiring considering I’d completed a 20min run in week 5 run 3. Has anyone felt the same?

Well done you, and yes, many of the runners find this week a bit of a challenge, after the runs in Week 5.
Just take it steady and slow, you can do this and you will be fine

I had to look back at my post to see what I said ( healthunlocked.com/couchto5... ) and it just demonstrates what many have said on this forum that this is a week that can catch you out.
But so we’ll done for having conquered it!
Awesome! Keep on keeping on!

Well done! A lot of runners feel the same, I devised a mind trick to help me with those first 2 runs of Week 6.
“Forget about week 5. It’s over. Now you’re training for something else! These 2 runs of Week 6 will help you get there. They are completely different runs and not related.”
It worked and I found the runs to be straightforward.
