My last couch to 5k run on Saturday. Have entered Swansea Bay 10k , September. Would like recommendations for an app. similar to above, to up distance.
Don't really want to do any sprinting, as at 60 don't want to risk injury.
Any advice gladly received.

Hop across to bridge to 10k. You'll find lots of encouragement and, on the pinned posts, Ju-ju's magic plan. This is a week by week plan to increase to 10k. Before you start, though, you need to 'consolidate' your running by repeating your 30 minute runs for a few weeks until you're comfortable with them. Happy running!
