I have regraduated 5K after 21 months of achilles then knee problems. Chuffed to bits now I am 70 with half my life smoking and a quarter breathing in blast furnace dust. Just don't understand as I get fitter Gatmin makes me older. Consolidation and if I can give up my Friday night in the pub I may get a Parkrun in but that is some commitment!!

Well done on regraduating from C25K, ignore Garmin, your fitness age is going down irrespective of your actual age.
