Do I start week 1 again

Hello All,

I posted here a week ago about doing week 2 run 3 and was going to take the excellent advice of going slower. However I was struck down with a virus. I'm feeling better than I did so when I do my run again is it best to start week 2 again or week 1 again as I'll have had a week out?

Thanks for any advice!

hi Cuffs …so sorry to hear you were struck down with a virus..so frustrating too when you’ve just started the programme?!!

If I were you I’d probably go back to week 2, see how it goes and if it’s too much, go back to the beginning..& yes, the slower the better 😉
