took it suuuper slow (really any slower and I’m walking) loaded up a playlist of absolute all time favs, and plodded round the park for the full 20 mins.
I definitely have a bit more in the tank - roll on week 6!
My trick to distract my rebellious mind who wants to stop for a walk - my playlist has lots of word dense songs and I’m trying to memorise them and sing along as I plod. Silly but enjoyable.
