Light at the end of the tunnel.

Another Physio and gym day today. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Yes a little jumping today as well as the usual exercises along with some new ones. Strength Plate testing both legs improved although the injured one not as much as would of liked. And today I got on the treadmill first couple of walk/runs done in nearly nine weeks. It might of just been over a minute or so but I ran. It seems this app doesn’t allow videos to be posted but yes I have video of me running. The first short run showed me as a rarity as the good leg lands on the heel and the injured leg landed on the toes there by putting the calf muscles under greater pressure. I might have to retrain my running technique. Having a drink to celebrate. Lost post sent to early and now seem unable to edit or delete.
