I completed C25K about a month ago. Having been losing motivation and structure but today went went to Denise (not for the wine but for the farm shop ! ) There was a coronation run going on and I ventured towards the tents seeing so many smiling people with lovely medals. This lovely lady named Vicky spoke to me and explained the event but was so welcoming and enthusiastic that I registered with parkrun. Thank you Vicky for reminding me that it was about moving and having fun.

Let you know when do the jog or as my Fitbit prefers to log it as a brisk walk !

I think the hard bit after C25K is keeping it going. I'm glad you've found something to motivate you 🙂

I have considered doing the Denbie ( they just altered that to Debbie🙄) wine run but I’m afraid I’ve been too poorly lately to run which is very annoying!! Although considering a small trot this morning now you have reminded me of my wine run goal !!

hope you your short trot today. I did get inspired to briskly walk / shuffle today.

Get well soon maybe joining the Denbies wine run would be fun
