Hey lovely ladies

I've just completed week 1 and need any advice about decent sports bras

Im currently wearing a normal bra with a sports bra over it which whilst giving great support (yippee!) .... looks really bad ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

Well done for completing week one ๐Ÿ˜€ I got my one from m & s with a zip up the front and when I remember to put that on instead of just my normal bra it works really well ๐Ÿ˜Š

I'm a G cup so need some serious support, I swear by Shock Absorber ... but only the active d+ classic, fits for me but each to their own.

Its a case of trying them on in the shop and jumping around to test them ๐Ÿ˜‰ Once I'd found what suited me I buy them on ebay whenever i see a decent price because they are very expensive.

After trying loads in the past and never happy I recently bought a Shock Absorber Shock Ultimate Run Non-Wired Sports Bra. i got it in the same size I normally wear and it's fab! :)

Quite simply it's brilliant! :)

I would. This particular one has 2 straps so is really comfy and gives extra support. You can always try first and see how it it is!

Iโ€™ve been told Sweaty Betty is a great shop for good sports bras. Next time Iโ€™m near one I intend to go in, but for now I use an ok one from DW sports.

Mine is M&S and is very comfortable. Iโ€™m a 32G so need a fair bit of support and it does the job.

Shock absorber by Bravissimo, as my bazookes are more mahoosive than tbey used to be, so Im actually a D cup.

I've just bumped into this thread by complete accident. It's a whole new world!

My personal aim is to run enough to get rid of the moobs and do away with my sports bra! Guess that's not an option for you lovely ladies!

I'm focusing now on spandex pants for support. ๐Ÿ˜

I wear bra tops by major sports brands. I prefer them over more bra looking ones as I donโ€™t feel the bounce when Iโ€™m moving around. Have a look on M and M direct, can get under armour / Adidas ones for under ยฃ10.
