I did weeks 1-8 continuously then on 20/4 had FESS surgery.
After 13 days itching to get back out there to do week 9 I did, the 1st & 2nd run killed me & I wanted to stop sooooo many times but as my man Reece Parkinson said βdonβt stop, just slow down keep putting one foot in front of the otherβ I listened & willed myself on.
Did run 3 today & felt much better. I even carried on into the 5 mins cool down to keep going to get to 5K too.
super happy & cannot wait for my journey onwards. Thanks to everyone on here for the positives vibes.
