Thrilled to pieces with myself, the 3rd run in week 5 is quite the jump & I was doubting my ability to complete it, but I did and I’m sooo happy. The weather was beautiful, sun rising over Swansea bay. Happy days

I don't know anyone who was not a bit nervous the night before they were due to run run 3 of week 5, I only slept for two hours thinking about it. In most cases a 20 minute run is the longest that anyone has ever ran, anyway, after the run we are all eleted with our achievement that at times the next run of week 6 catches us out with the interval walks and runs, well done ArnoldAx on completing run 3 of week 5, just be careful about runs 1 and 2 of week 6.

Just done r1 w6 -shorter runs felt a bit ‘odd’ after running for 20 mins , caught me out a bit as I liked getting in my stride during longer run , I’m so amazed at how this really does work - good luck for w6 👍💪👊
