Week 7 done 💪

Week 7 in the books, got out early this morning and got it done.

Quite warm given that I was back home indoors by 0840, certainly a few degrees warmer than any of my previous runs, sun was shining and I got a fair sweat on by the end.

Started at what I thought was a conservative pace, however looking at my km splits afterwards it turns out my 2nd km was one of the quickest I’ve ever run, despite the fact that about 1/2 of it is uphill.

Felt good and strong right to the end, could have kept going when it was time to stop.

Week 8 kicks off next, 6 more runs to graduation 😱
